Image Stretch/Squeeze is not working

Hey All! First time forum poster here. Here is my issue:

Its very odd. The function that allows you to squeeze or stretch an image by holding down the "Shift" key while dragging one of the borders of an image is not doing that. its changing the size of the image and preserving the vertical/horizontal ratio as if I wasn't holding down the "shift" key. The weird thing is that I have OBS installed on two laptops. The "Shift" key function works on the other one.

Have any of you run into this issue?

I am running OBS version 25.0.8 on OSX 10.14.3 on (the computer that doesn't properly) and 10.14.6 (on the computer that does work properly)

Wow! I changed it to "no bounds" and it worked fine. thanks a ton for this solution it has been a nightmare with this. obs should make it default instead. but maybe i did something wrong to begin with. thank you again
