A GIF that my friend used for his streams is stuttering whenever it loops. This stutter also freezes up OBS for a moment. The log reads that it can't decode frame 54 of the GIF, so that seems to be the issue. OBS is the only app that seems to actually show this stutter, I assume other apps just skip it when it gets to that frame. I've also tried filling my OBS source with far too many (no decode error) GIFs as I read that may be an issue, I think the GPU is overloaded but they do not stutter unless the specific GIF is visible.
The file loops fine as a media source, but we would like to use the image in a slideshow. I would also prefer to not record a video of a slideshow in its place; there are multiple GIFs which suffer from this issue, so a way to fix the GIFs themselves would probably be ideal.

I downloaded my own reupload of the GIF, it has the same decoding error but only stutters itself and not OBS as a whole. Sadly it is too large to just upload on this post (5.7mb).
