Image Slideshow WITH text captions

So for my stream, I really want to have a slideshow of art, which OBS's slideshow source does just fine. What I want, however, is to caption these images as well so the artists get credit. Assigning text to images would be an annoying but doable feature, I think, but a simpler solution to this would be just displaying the filename somewhere next to the image.

The Advanced Scene Switcher plugin just got an update, and one of the new features is:

• Added the "Slide show" condition.
  It will allow you to check if a slide was changed, what the current slide index or path to the currently displayed image is.
  

And an older feature is to change the properties of a source like, say, a text box:

What might be confusing is that, once you check for something in Adv. SS, *then* you can use whatever that thing is that you checked for. But you have to check for it first, even though you're always going to take whatever it is.
