I have a Panasonic 4K camera feeding a BMD Decklink 4K Extreme 12G at 2160p29.97.
OBS is set with a base and output of 1920X1080. I stream at 1920X1080 30fps. When I create a scene, obviously, the image on the canvas is not the entire image captured by the camera. If I resize the image to show more it's sharp. But if I just leave it at what is coming in, it's still a bit fuzzy. I would expect an untreated portion from 4k feed to be sharp unless digitally zoomed.
Encoder is X264. Computer running a Ryzen 9 and it's not stressing it.
Rate control is CBR
Bitrate is 4500
Keyframe interval is 2
What am I missing?
