Question / Help Image and sound stuttering every 15 secs for 1 sec

Hi all,

I'm new to streaming, and would really like to get things to work.

If anyone knows anything that's not correct please explain in a simple fashion on how to rectify it.

I fiddled around with everything I could during that session, maybe it helps, maybe not...
But one thing is for sure : absolutly nothing helped...

Your OBS has no problems (you should update tho).
Twitch may have issues with 1080p with 48 fps or the bitrate is too high.
