I'm streaming to youtube and missing 3840x2160 Base Res and Output res.

See attached picture there's no option for 4K 3840x2160

I got it you just type in 3840x2160

And on that note is there a way to rescale the entire layout to go from 1080 to 4K without rebuilding everything? So as you can see once it's resized two 4KI would have to rebuild that whole screen is there way to just easily resize everything to fit the screen without rebuilding it piece by piece.

Set your base res back to 1920x1080.
