Question / Help Im streaming at 60 fps but it looks 30fps

Well, Im streaming 1280x720 @ 60 fps, bit rate 3k..
Specs-
Avermedia Live Gamer HD (Yes the card is set to 60fps on the properties)
3770k
gtx 660ti SC
h100i


Im not sure what to do or what the problem is,,,, Iv asked friends to look at the stream and they say it looks 30fps.. If i could get an swer to why its doing this is would be awsome :)

Your log shows you broadcasting at 30fps. Change your FPS in the Video section of Settings.

In that one it says 45fps not 60fps, are you really sure your streaming at 60fps ?

EDIT: Never-mind i forgot to scroll down (MY BAD), well everything seems okay in your log, from watching your VOD it seems fine to me.

Yes, if you scroll down it says 60fps,,, yes it says 45fps first because i was seeing if this happend if i changed it..... But i found my problem......on eof the wires to my avermedia card wasnt in all the way, now it works :) Thank you guys for trying to help me tho :) <3
