You don't need full screen webcam output if you are just showing a small portion of your face. Zoom in on the C922 at 640x480 to cut down on processing. You are going to shrink that down anyway to an even smaller size. When you do, the pixels get more tighter and its not going to be a big deal in quality. Look at it this way, 2,073,600 pixels versus 307,200 pixels is a 86% difference in crunching more data than necessary. Its a waste of CPU/GPU processing at full size.
If you are running a 144Hz on your GTX 1080Ti on port 1 and 60Hz on port 2, run OBS Studio on the 60hz and disable preview to free up some CPU/GPU. Also, go out and get a cheap Chromebook or use a separate computer/laptop to run your chat and stream. That will get rid of any CPU/GPU processing needed to run the browser and decoding on return trip back to you. By doing so, this saves me roughly 10-20% of CPU and anywhere from 5-10% GPU. Important so you don't over stress both to piggy levels approaching full 100%....
