I recorded about 15minutes of content. When I finished recording, nothing came through. You guys better fix this because I'm SO angry about this
 
Well classic isn't updated anymore.

Did you record as mp4?

Otherwise it sounds like user error to me.
 
With that attitude you will probably get no Support at all.

If you follow what Harold posted and behave yourself, then you might get help.
