I built a new computer specifically for streaming above 60 fps. Here are my specs and my problems
Specs:
MSI GeForce 1060 3G
16 Gigs of Corsair Vengeance ram
990 FX Gigabyte motherboard
AMG 8350 8 core processor
Coolmaster cooling system
750 WATT Corsair PSU
80 Upload speed

I can't stream any of the games I NEED to above 70 frames (on my side)
I'm not sure what my settings should be but i'm now streaming with GeForce Experience and get 150 frames maxed out on Overwatch. I'm a professional Overwatch player and need to stream this on OBS for my sponsors overlays.
My bitrate is set at 1950 while my resolution is 1920 x 1080
No downscale 60 fps
if theres anything on the top of your heads please let me know
