Question / Help I'm not sure what causes this?

I'm new to the forums, so forgive me if I mess up on what I'm doing. I'm also new to OBS in generally, even though I've had it for a while. Every time that I record a video though it seems to make the video stutter and lag. I don't know what causes this and I would really like it to be fixed so that I can record videos better. Also, the games I play don't lag while I'm recording.

I'm pretty sure that I included the log file like it tells me too, but nothing is showing up for me, so I'm just going to hope this works.

Your processor is pretty weak, but the HQ local recording guide should still work.
