Question / Help Im loseing frames when moveing ingame "and game capture aint working"

When streaming mmo games. I lose alot of frames when doing something ingame. my viewers complain about it and i do not know what to do.
"pictures of my settings" i been haveing these troubles for a while. on my obs it dosent say i lose any frames. but when i look at my stream it loses tons of frames. it goes blurry and so.

Yea ok, so there are a couple things.

You are streaming at 1080p30, at 1500Kbps. That is, excuse my french, HORRIBLE. For 1080p30 you will want at least 3.5Mbps(3500Kbps). So, I recommend setting your downscale to 720p, and keep your FPS at 30. Do that, and check if your viewers are still complaining about dropped frames and maybe even quality.

Settings->Video->Resolution Downscale (dropdown box). Choose 1.5 (1280x720). Text will be kind of blurry, but the overall stream quality will be improved.
