Question / Help I'm looking for stream settings for nvenc with gtx660. Help me to chose right settings.

Hey!

Please help me chose settings. I tested both settings with 1800 bitrate and 30 fps. I asked you about help cuz as we know nvenc relieves CPU.
x264 - very fast, 640p
cs > link cs
fifa > link fifa

nvenc - high quality low latency, 640p
cs > link cs nvenc
fifa > link fifa nvenc

I try to get settings similar as much as I can to this bnt's settings. He uses nvenc - high quality low latency with 30fps, 720p and 2.8k bitrate. I use 1.8k bitrate but quality difference is extremely big between my nvenc and this. Is that because of bitrate?
