Im locked at 7 fps on minecraft while recording with obs normally i get around 150 - 200 fps

1080p 60hz
2.53GHz was boosted to 3GHz
i recently got obs i was using fraps before and when i heard about obs i downloaded it and then i tried to record minecraft and it gave me really bad fps like i was literlly locked at 7 fps i tried going in the void and everything it was not even moving over 1 fps even if i start recording it's stuck at 7 fps when i turned off obs i got around 120-170 fps please help

That is no good stuff it is also years old. Atleast upgrade the GPU to a gtx 1660 to get turing nvenc.

no, GTX 1650 Super is the lowest you can go, all lower Nvidia GPUs have older NVENC encoder which look way worse.
