Question / Help I'm Literally Lost For Help and Honestly Don't Know What Do With OBS

Hi My Name Is Tim And I'm Literally Lost On What Do To With OBS Studio....Every time I Try To Stream I Constantly Drop Frames immediately And I Tried Every Possible Thing I Know Cause i Know For A Fact It's Not My Internet Look At the Screenshot

And I've Tried Bitrates Between 1000 To Dam Near 20000 And I Just Don't Know Cause I Know It's Not My Internet....But Ion Know I Think It Might Has Something To Doing With My PC Cause I Bought A Pre Built From BestBuy And Its Kinda Decent Here's the Specs

Dropped frames are your internet, and raw speed means nothing for streaming. Stability is far more important.

Please post a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
