Question / Help Im in desperate help!

hello im trying to stream on twitch with obs and everytime i start a game up it completely lags my computer out and if i close obs everything goes completely fine, ive looked on youtube and tried some things but nothing seems to help.

mbps is like 25-30mpbs

pc
i5-7600k
16gbram
64bit
8gb amd gc

so i dont think its my computer or connection
