Question / Help Im having issues streaming league

It used to run fine like there was no difference what so ever but in the past 3 weeks its started lagging my league pretty bad but it seems to spike itll go from 35 straight to 100 then come down again or it will sit at a constant 60 where it used to always be around 30-32ping

I dont know what started this issue, if anyone has any ideas please let me know
