I'm confused was this changed? preset encoder settings

I feel like before it was ex: P7 slowest best quality but not 7 is probably too slow, is the old 7 the same 7 or should I put it at 12?

Ok so I did noticed it was because my video encoder was set to SVT-AV1 so the name is different but I'm still confused if (12) = (7) of NVENC
