Question / Help I'm at wits end! >_<

So, been trying to get a good stream running for days... been fiddling with settings, crashing OBS with OpenGL setting XD, reinstalling, mucking around with bitrates and what not... and I just can't find a solution to get a clean stream with no drop outs. I'll post everything I can.
So first things, I'm streaming from lovely little Adelaide, South Australia.
This is my Speedtest from Adelaide to Sydney (which I would assume would be my best Server Location)

Now, I did the Twitch Bandwith Test, and it seriously doesn't match up at all and is all over the place...

So yeah, I dunno if I can trust these results >_<

So, I used Taipei, as it seems to be a decent-ish server location based on the above results and this was my last log (very small stream)

Any Help to get it running smooth? I think I should be able to...

Open command and do: ping -t google.com (ctrl+c to stop later), any dropped pings or ping spikes?

You may try a different streaming service like YouTube or HitBox to check if the problem is Twitch or your internet connection.

Also did another Twitch Bandwidth Test... SO INCONSISTENT! >_

Does it matter if i'm using 32bit OBS or 64bit OBS?

32-bit vs 64-bit doesn't matter, it's an internet connection issue at this point. Nothing we can do to fix it.

Hitbox is not Twitch. Different servers, different routing.
TBT shows that your network connection/routing is unstable as heck. There's nothing you can do in OBS to fix that, you need to yell at your ISP, or get a (paid!) VPN service with a better uplink to the local backbone.

Whats Bizzare is that I'm running the fastest internet in our country - if you've heard of the NBN.

And because it's so new to our country, no tech support knows what the hell to do with it! >_< haha
