Hello guys, i don't know anything bout these things so i really need some help. I copied these settings from a youtuber to rec smooth but it doesn't work. What should I do?

It isn't clear what exactly you mean with "it doesn't work".

And beware of the topic: A recent update for AMD radeon drivers may rotten all to worse for the AMF encoder in OBS.

When I try to rec it appears a message "if your using NVEC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date".
