Question / Help if i select high quality in simple output its fine but if i put high quality in advanced the recording is laggy

i want to record videos in good quality with my voice and gameplay in seperat audio tracks for easy editing. This is only possible in the advanced output mode.
The problem however is that when i record on simple mode and high quality everything is great. good fps good recordings but no seperate audio tracks.
When i go to advanced for multiple audio tracks and then put preset on high quality the recording that i will watch back later is SUPER choppy.
The fps in game is fine however (50 to 100)
I use AMD hardware encoder cuz i have a slow cpu.
And my specs be provided in the dxdiag.

sorry to waste ur time, the problem was in the "quality setting" it was on quality and when i changed it to balanced it was as good and smooth as the simple output. thanks for taking the time to reply to my post anyway. have good day.
