But experince lag when you play games such as witcher who takes alot on the computer, should you lower your settings on Twitch or Witcher?

A Ryzen 7 1700 and GTX 1080Ti is a very good system.

You should be able to do 1920x1080@60 under the assumption you have sufficient Internet upload speed.
Pull up the View | Stats window and see where the lag is occurring.

• Is it rendering?
• Is it encoding?
• Is it network?
• Combination?
