Question / Help Identifying issue based on replay artifacts

injury

Just finished our first stream, I didn't have the hands I needed so I wasn't able to watch OBS and run sound at the same time. I was wondering if someone could give me some direction on what might be causing our issue (lagged computer, or bitrate too high).

When I play back the stream on Facebook it appears to be slowed down a bit. Very noticable in the audio, like someone has slowed down a record. It also seems to kind have a lot of skip/jump/ticks like dropped frames might be? After the fact I realized most of my testing was done with my webcam that only does 720, the cam I used this morning (iphone with USB connection did short tests with it earlier in the week) may have been set to 1080.

I looked at the log and it said it dropped 4 frames due to lag, which I wouldn't think would be bad out of a 1 hour plus stream. Nothing else in the log stuck out at me.

I'll give it a shot this week. I would have expected pixelated output, or jerky frames from bandwidth or cpu issues. But the shift in pitch from a slowed output just seems odd to me.
