Question / Help Ideal settings for my PC?

For some reason the recorded audio and video looks way worse than the source. I was wondering if there are some settings that anyone would recommend for overwatch or pretty much all gameplay recording. Here is a video of what it usually looks like when i record.

Settings - output
Output mode: simple
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Recording format: FLV
Recording Encoder: Software low cpu use.
