Basically, a plugin that broadcasts to chat your delay in seconds or minutes. Without you having to type it in or say it. That way the audience has an idea of how long before their favorite broadcaster sees the chat they typed in for said broadcaster. (I do understand that some broadcasters have read certain chats and just ignore it or it's not relevant to what they are talking about.)
