I dont know if i can stream at least in 720p.
I have this computer:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
VGA: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5830 1GB GDDR5 PCIE
My internet is: 25/5 Mb/s.

So can i can stream in at least 720 p?

I tried to stream but i wasnt lag but my stream my viewers said the stream itself is lagging. I guessed it has something to do with my upload speed. So why is that?

you go to settings > video > resolution downscale.

if you do a 1.5 downscale your output stream resolution would be 960x600 which is great.

if you simply want to keep the big 900p hd resolution though then you should triple that bitrate/bufsize and lower the fps to 25.
