I want to stream an Xbox One X with a computer that has an i9-7900x using a capture card called the Avermedia GL310. I was wondering if I would be able to do a 1080p stream at 3500 bitrate and 60fps. Note, I don't have the PC yet.
I actually want to get a comp with an i9-7980xe. It's the best processor made. I'm not just saying this just to say this, I'm getting a large chunk of change soon and I really want to invest.
