Question / Help i9 7900x gtx 1080ti 32gb Stuttering when streaming

I had the exact same issues. I replaced my PSU and all the problems have seemingly went away. Not saying this is your problem, but it fixed mine :)
 
Hi there. Same problem here with my i9-9900K + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti + 64 GB DDR4 RAM + MoBo ASUS MAXIMUS XI Hero. All new and with spectacular benchmarks. I think it is a multithreaded programming problem in OBS Studio. Has anyone tried other recording software?
