Hi , today i am making this thread because i have a i 7 8700K , a 1070 and i still get high CPU usage , my OBS settings aren't that high for the ''power'' my PC have , i would like to know if there's any way to fix it please. Here's my log file: https://hastebin.com/iqujojelin

Could be anything on the computer, that is causing such high CPU load, that your OBS encoding struggles.
The 8700k should do 720p 60fps x264 faster preset just fine, if it's not throttling (check temperatures) and if the Game is not very CPU intensive.
If other processes/drivers or games are causing very high load or at least decent load on multiple cores, there might be not enough CPU power left for streaming.
