Question / Help i7 7700k question

I am thinking of getting a PC with an i7 7700k CPU and I want to stream Overwatch. I was wondering if I would be able to play and stream on the same PC with this CPU

Stream at 720p ?

You shouldn't use classic though.

Does studio work better ? will it improve streaming
