Question / Help I7-7700 and a GTX 1080.

I have an I7-7700 and a GTX 1080 and im tryin to record in 1080p but i cant even record in 720p without framedrop.
Is my PC shit or what is the problem? It shoud not me a problem to play a game with a steady framerate.
I guess its my settings thats wrong please help me.
(cant even get over 200FPS in CS:GO when i usually have 400+)
(type "fps_max 1000" in the console)

Update your OBS version to the current.

Save to FLV or MKV.

there is still low fps but always over 100fps in csgo but the framedrop stopped when i changed to .mkv instead of .mp4
