Question / Help i7-6700k GTX970 huge fps drop during streaming

I normally stream CSGO with 300+ fps and started to get huge fps drop since I switch from H264 to X264.
I heard that i7 6700k should have no problem streaming games like this and I'm getting complete freezes in pubg as well.
Pleases help me !!
