Question / Help i7 6700K but cannot enable Quick Sync

I have an i7 6700k and have double checked to make sure I have the internal graphics enabled in my BIOS but OBS does not allow me to enable quick sync. Any help?

I checked for driver using the Intel app and it says no drivers available.

Does windows device manager shows "intel HD graphics"?

If unknown device is listed, then it needs a software driver.

Maybe show us OBS log?

I did what you told me to and I saw that it didn't show Intel HD graphics. I went to the Intel site and downloaded the drivers manually. It now shows quick sync. Thanks Sam.
