Question / Help i7 4790k cant stream with faster preset?

is this real?

when i streamed with amd-8320 never said "high CPU usage"

my CPU temp was like 50 c

just tested with "veryfast" with 60fps same thing..

EDIT: Tested with xsplit 720p//faster preset and no problem.. hmmm where is the problem?

this problem can be caused by your webcam

try to disable your webcam for testing purposes and report back
