Question / Help I7 3820 & R9 270x with Asus p9x79 good for streaming?

Hello, i wanna buy a pc second hand for streaming and gaming and i see a pc with this specs with i7 3820, aus p9x79 ( normal edition), r9 270 with 8 gigs of ram and i wann ask you, it will be good for 720@60fps stream on twitch, i play CS:GO mostly, gta v, battlefield 4 ( mostly) and other games.

a sandy bridge e should do the trick without a doubt.

if you can get the system for cheap you should get it, but make sure its not damaged or anything
