Hello! I'm getting a new PC soon so I was wondering how an i7-3770 (not K version), would be as a dedicated streaming PC and only encode. What settings do you think it can handle as far as x264 presets and resolution like 1080p60? The PC is an old Alienware X51 R1 from 2012. The Specs are : i7-3770 CPU @3.4 Ghz | Nvidia GTX 660 | 16GB RAM.

Probably about the same as my old 2600k with a mild overclock. Skim some of my posts with that search criteria: https://obsproject.com/forum/search/10705708/?q=2600k&o=date&c[user][0]=2086 , probably can do Fast preset at 720p, plus or minus depending on what else you have going on.
Streaming 1080p60 is gunna be tough with this CPU, not worth it compared to 720p at a much better preset.
