Question / Help i5 6600k csgo frame drops

Hello.
Recently i started streaming and every few seconds my frames are dropping from 200 to ~180 and causing a minilag.
Im using 2500 bitrate (10mbit upload) and faster as encoding. As soon as i put veryfast as encoding the framedrops are stopping.
Isnt it possible to use faster with an i5 6600K? (I know i7 is better for streaming but i dont have the money for it)
Or should i go to veryfast and get up my bitrate? Which would be the better quality?

And i have the Hook conflict detected problem. I just dont know whats it causing. Anyone got a idea? Or is it related to the steam overlay?

Edit: The log is from a 10minute Stream session. Is this enough or should i make a longer session?

Best regards

set scene buffering to 700ms

Set profile to main not high.

Check the audio format of your mic and headset, if they are 48000Hz, set OBS to that format. If they are 44100Hz, OBS is set right.

you are duplicating 2% of your frames. this might not seem like much, but you want to shoot for under 1%, recommended changing preset to veryfast instead of faster. dropping the preset is something you typically do with an i7, not an i5.

windows recording AND playback devices will each need to be checked separately. right click on the speaker icon near the clock then double click on the playback device (headphones/speaker) then click advanced. do the same for the mic.

Ok i changed it. Do you have any idea about the hook conflict?
If it says unknown, dont worry about it.

Make sure you are not launching CS:GO with -thread or -high. these will sometimes lower performance while streaming.
