I'm thinking about building a second system for my bedroom with an i3 4370 and a 2GB 750. It'll mostly be used as a replacement to my dying HTPC, but I'd probably do a bit of streaming on it every now and then when I don't want to sit at my desk with my main rig.
Would I be able to stream with QuickSync or NVENC without bogging down CPU usage?
For the price of the 4370 ($160) I could easily go the AMD route, but I need a strong mini ITX board, and I'm not a huge fan of the FM line-up.
