Question / Help I want to stream the best possible quality without lag, but how?

Helle everyone

I came here in need for help. I'm having issues with quality of my stream and I really need help to figure out how to stream properly in a decent quality without lagging (I'm streaming overwatch)

I don't know what my bitrate, resolution downscale, fps x264 CPU Present needs to be :/

My internet speed is: http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6123938287

My processor us; Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz

And graphics card is GTX 660
