Question / Help I want to stream League of lengenbds but while i am moving the quality is terreble

I recently started streaming League of legends but when i move the quality sucks for example if i had the graphs quality in very high when i move looks like it is 144p

you'll need at least 3500 bitrate/buffer for that to look even remotely good. and that will make your viewers suffer (possible buffering). downscale to 720p and set bitrate to 2000-2500 depending on your viewer's responses.

also, you are using the intel card to downscale in the video tab. it would be better to use the nvidia to do this. if this causes a black screen, try this:
