So i tried a couple of calculators too kinda calculate my Bitrate and such it tould me arround 3500, and what i experience is some fps drops and the litle bar in obs in botttom right turns Red. So I would like some help to find some kinda of software solution cuz on not in a position to spend in some new Hardware. Thank you all that respond with some good solutions :)

1: Go to http://www.testmy.net/upload and run a 6MB test to find out what you actually have for upstream. It sounds like you're trying to stream at a MUCH higher bitrate than you can support. Constant throughput matters. Ignore what your ISP says they're giving you, and what speedtest.net tells you you're getting... it's next to worthless when it comes to livestreaming.

2: MOBAs are high-action games; not as in what's going on in the game, but the amount of motion on the screen... panning, zooming, scene changes. These will need a higher bitrate than usual to produce smooth motion.

3: An i5 is perfect for gaming (alone). Livestreaming is EXTREMELY CPU-heavy however, as encoding video on the fly is massively CPU-bound; an i5 will fall behind if you're trying to go full-res 1080p. You will HAVE to downscale. About the best you're going to be looking at is a 720p@30fps stream before your processor simply will start to crap itself. Maybe not even that.

4: When streaming to Twitch, unless you are a partnered streamer, it is STRONGLY recommended that you NOT exceed 2000kbps; any higher and you viewers will start to complain about choppy video, stutter, and other issues.

Recommendations:
Downscale to 720p and 30fps, with a keyint of 60 (keyframe interval of 2).
If you are getting more than 2mbps per testmy.net, you should at most use 2000kbps bitrate and buffer. Remember that you will also need to leave room for network variance and game network communication overhead if testmy returns right at/near 2000, or even worse, lower. 1500kbps is about the lowest I'd run a 720p stream at... if you test at 1.7mbps (1700kbps) or lower, you should consider a 480p stream at most.

This is all about finding the right settings, and managing expectations at this point.

After going through the above, please post the contents of a logfile from a live streaming session. There's a sticky at the top of the forum, and a link below the text-box when posting a reply that explains how to grab one of these. :) It'll help us with fine-detail issues, after the coarse problems are sorted out. Cheers!

What's the resolution you want to stream on ? What's your upload speed?
3500kbps is a bit high if your channel doesn't have transcodes, there will be many people that will not be able to watch it.
On top of that, seems that your network is not keeping up (red indicator). Try lowering the bitrate

Yes in fact i was such in a hurry to put out the question that i dint really think that i finished it, i do in fact downscale to 720p my internet has "100mbps" Download, and they can only provide with "70mbps""ISP" upload its about "7.2mbps" its not bad, i was tould that u need arround 3.2mbps too actually stream depending on the bitrate of course i will try the 2000 birate , another thing is that im away from the router so i use a powerline, it does cut lil on download but like nothing too major so, i apreciate the quick reply's FerretBomb and ColterTv.

"One Of mine powerline had a bad capacitor so im trying to fix that :)" if theres any other questions i one whom to ask to get a sincerer answer

I will test things out when im back and running so ll proly post the result's here

If you're using Powerline adapters... from a network engineer, please stop. It's noisy, unreliable, and creates dirty power conditions on your three-phase. Cat5e really isn't that hard to run or difficult to terminate cleanly with a couple of tries, once you know the color-code and use a firm hand to avoid a soft/half-punched crimp. (white-orange, orange, white-green, blue, white-blue, green, white-brown, brown for the B standard, which is one of the most widely-used)

I mean, Powerline is *loads* better than wifi. Don't get me wrong. But it's still pretty terrible, instead of outright horribad.

Yeah, we'll need the results of an actual testmy.net test before we can make any further recommendations as far as settings or bitrate. What you're actually getting, not what they say you are.
