I can't really trust the estimator because at one point I put 1000 kbps and got the result of 480 , then I put 850 kbps and it tells me that I can run a 720p. Which I think it is really weird..

My Graphics are Radeon HD Graphics
My upload speed is 9.2 M/Bs = 9,420.8 K/bps
