Question / Help I want to know some good setting for my laptop (Low Spec)

My PC Spects Are

CPU- Intel Celeron N2820 2.13GHz
RAM- 4.00GB
System Type- 64bit
Built In Graphics

If some one can tell what i can do to optimize the setting that would be nice
