I want to add a delay to a source's show transition

Hi, I currently have a hotkey set to show two sources. I want one to come in instantly, and the other to come a second or two later, fading in. I figured out how to delay it using a stinger transition with transparent video (without fading in) and how to increase the duration of the fade in. I can't seem to figure out how to get the delay + a fade. Thanks in advance.
