Question / Help I wanna stream from internet caffe..

It has good pc's good internet, only question is they have some kind of a program that restrictis using windows,

Username/password and than u have games/programs/internet browsers.

my question is this if they add OBS to programs section, can i stream normal without using some windows programs etc..?

Depends entirely on their permissions setup, but my money's on probably not. They probably wouldn't want you to, either, as it might impact the connectivity of other users in the establishment.

i allready talked with admins, they aproove it they just have to see with the setup, am asking here if someone from supp knows about it

What upload are you allocated? Cpu specs? Any fluctuating connection issues (e.g. upload throttling, losing service)?

With those i can give you good settings

To my understanding Kimijee is not asking for settings but for the requirements of OBS.
I only know of the latest DirectX and Visual C++ 2013 runtimes that are needed for OBS to work. Both should be downloaded if you use the installer. Alternatively the admins could of course install the dependencies themselves and setup OBS using the binaries.
