I uninstalled OBS.live and now Everytime I open OBS Studio it CRASH

I recently installed the plugin OBS.live but noticed a bug with the recent version of OBS STUDIO so... I went to do the process of uninstalling it, after done it asked me to reboot for making sure it was all done succesfully and after that I open OBS STUDIO and insta crashes with this log file.

Hope its easy to fix :( but i dont understand too much of this crash files. I will be really glad if you can help me figure this little glitch/crash out.

@Harold just a single thing if I may ask,
is there an option for OBS to focus on always keep the same FPS when we get a little unstable bitrate? I mean

something like this checkmark, but for making the fps constant even if the quality/resolution goes really down for that little second that the bitrate from my network lowers...

That would cause picture quality drops during connection issues.
In some extreme cases with certain encoders selected, it can still cause stream hard disconnects due to the encoder not liking the number of bitrate changes that happen.
