I tried all the settings for obs but I keep dropping frames and unstable connection

I tried everything i could do(which is not much, I'm new to this)
But my frames for obs spike to 50% and kbs starts tanking.
I don't know what to do.
I wonder if it's my internet?

Hopefully you are aware that real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding. Meaning that many older and lower-end systems may struggle, depending on settings. I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings https://obsproject.com/wiki/General-Performance-and-Encoding-Issues and https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues
