To start off, I couldn't test Lossless or High Performance Lossless because I got an error when attempting to record with both of them.
Before I give you the results I would like to point out:
Every recording is 30 seconds long. (Sometimes 29 but the file size is most definitely not significantly affected by this.)
Every recording was recorded at 1750 bitrate and 3500 buffer with CBR ticked.
Every recording's audio was AAC, 128, 48khz and stereo.
Every recording was recorded at 1280x720 downscaled from 1920x1080 with the Lanczos filter at 60 FPS.
Every recording's Encoding Profile was High.
