Question / Help I streamed for the last month with no problem but know i have frame drops...

I read all the blog post and search through the forums as well, but I could not find any solution.
In the last couple of weeks I had the perfect streams. with the 3200 bit rate
but I woke up today to stream and it cant even reach 300kb/s...
The internet provider said that they cant see ant visible change, and asked me to run couple of there usual tests (restarting every thing).
the E speed test shows the same results, I know that just a rough estimation but I just lay all the information that I have.
There is two connections to my PC one for the stream that use 100mb/s download and 5mb/s upload.
the second one is 40mb/s down and 5mb/s up.
No updates for the OBS Firewall or the OS.
I Will be more then happy to get a clear and why its happening

just a quick idea:
have you tried to change to another server?
If you stream on twitch maybe another server could be better?
Settings > stream > server and choose another one.

I wish I could but I'm trying to stream on a new platform that called DLive and I cant pick another server

ah okay its the one pewdiepie talked about? then i am out ^^
i would recomend to try to stream to twitch AND if this isnt working eather then its not Dlive
If it works on twitch, then it is Dlives server fault and you cant do anything at the moment :)

twitch is much better hitting a 2200 but rate but still not the 3200 bit rate that i used to....
