So in .456a it appears as though my mics not being mixed properly anymore and at certain times my voice has a very robotic quality to it. It only affects my mic, my game input is fine. It also appears this happens more so when my computer is under heavy workload and a lot of sound is happening at the same time and I'm talking a lot.

After restarting my stream itself, but started to degrade over time again... Then it sometimes fixes itself again.
I switched to MP3 to see if it would fix anything, but doesn't seem to be the case (Jim said he was messing with audio things).
